During my food service management rotation with Aramark Student Nutrition, I was able to witness firsthand how the company’s values and mission are brought to life in the school environment. Aramark’s culinary teams turn cafeterias into spaces of creativity and care, where chefs use local ingredients and scratch-cooking techniques to design vibrant, nutritious menus that meet dietary guidelines while appealing to students’ tastes. This approach reflects Aramark’s strong commitment to promoting wellness, sustainability, and inclusivity in school dining.
